The objective of this project is to develop 330,000 square feet of warehouse space into a combination of manufacturing, warehouse and retail space and subsequently boost the economy in the associated town. 

Maxton

The objective of this project is to bring additional manufacturing into the area by leasing out the 151,000 square feet of warehouse space associated with this project.   Additional plans for the surrounding 30 acres have not been finalized at this time.

Lenoir

The objective of this partnership is to capitalize on the tight supply/demand balance in lower cost individual family residential dwellings in the western part of North Carolina.

Summerwinds

The objective of this project is to purchase, decorate and market beach property in Surf City, North Carolina.

Tiffany's Condotel

The objective of this project is to purchase, develop, convert and sale an existing motel in Surf City, North Carolina.   The current 34 unit condotel consists of 3 2-bedroom suites, 12 junior suites, 10 rooms with 2 Queen beds and 9 rooms with 1 Queen bed.  Upon completion of all three phases of the project, there will be 27 2-bedroom condo hotel rooms and 22 rooms with 2 Queen beds.
